As a mother of three, I understand the immense pressure all women are under everyday to balance marriage, motherhood, career as well as the many other facets of day to day life. As women, we can sometimes spread ourselves too thin and suffer depression and anxiety as a result. Using primarily a cognitive-behavioral approach, I assist women in overcoming depression and anxiety. I also have a special calling to reach out to women experiencing postpartum depression. I help women move through this painful and real condition to become free from the anxiety, guilt and shame to find peace and joy in being a mother.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University. I am a native of Charlotte and received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and love to cook.
