As a mother of three, I understand the immense pressure all women are
under everyday to balance marriage, motherhood, career as well as the
many othe r
facets of day to day life. As women, we can sometimes spread ourselves
too thin and suffer depression and anxiety as a result. Using primarily
a cognitive-behavioral approach, I assist women in overcoming depression
and anxiety. I also have a special calling to reach out to women experiencing
postpartum depression. I help women move through this painful and real
condition to become free from the anxiety, guilt and shame to find peace
and joy in being a mother.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling
